Registration fee

Congress registration fee:	CHF	175.-
1-Day registration fee:	CHF	90.-
Social event, conference dinner: (per person)	CHF	75.-

No conference fee for technologists or nurses, but pre-registration is required.
Registration fee includes access to conference, poster viewing and exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch on Friday.
After registration, a postal deposit slip will be mailed for payment. If payment is postmarked later than February 15, 2004, the postal deposit slip coupon is required at the registration.
On site registration: only cash-payment accepted.
