Dear colleagues, dear friends, dear SASRO Members,
It is our privilege and honor to invite you to the 24th Annual SASRO Conference as an interactive virtual meeting. The Pre-Meeting activities will take place on September 24, 2020 from 5.00pm and the main program on September 25, 2020.
Due to many uncertainties related to the COVID-19 situation, a decision was made by the board of SASRO to maintain the up-coming Annual SASRO Meeting on September 25, 2020 but to modify its format and transform it in a virtual streamline and shorter meeting.
The change in the format of the meeting is a unique opportunity to maintain a great scientific event, while remaining safe on its feasibility in these pandemic circumstances.
In close coordination with Medicongress, the organizing committee of the meeting is proposing a very attractive scientific program to fit with the streamline meeting, which will emphasize “the best of SASRO 2020”.
MediCongress will set up a highly professional platform to make this streamline meeting a great success.
At SASRO 2020, we will continue our tradition of having a strong interdisciplinary component for clinical care, including refresher courses, distinguished lectures and we will offer a renewed platform for our young colleagues to present their abstracts. We are also very grateful to our industrial partners who will contribute to the success of the meeting, thanks to their generous support despite the difficult circumstances.
